The Boulder Shelter for the Homeless

The Shelter attempts to provide an array of personal care items as a means for our clients to regain and maintain dignity, and as a necessity for those who, in finding their way to an independent and productive life, are employed or are seeking employment.
Your gifts bring added relief from the struggles and social indignities that many who come to our door must struggle with on a daily basis.

See our Wish List here.

The Shelter is open 17  hours a day, seven days a week.
We are closed for most services from 10am until 5pm daily.

  •  Donations may be dropped off any time before 10am or after 5pm, seven days a week.  Please bring donations to the west facing door on the north end of the Shelter, 4869 North Broadway. View a map.
  • Please note:  There is only limited staff available during the hours of 10am-5pm.  We strive to accommodate donation deliveries during this time period, but in order to do so we encourage you to call ahead so that we can meet you at your convenience and thank you in person.  Please call Travis at (303) 468-4312 or Caroline at (303) 468-4326.
  • For other questions about in-kind donations, please call Mike at 303.468.4323, or email

Thank you for your donations that help us provide clean, comfortable shelter for our residents.
