Rapid Re-Housing

Serving people with shorter histories of homelessness, and those with a lower acuity of need. Our Rapid Re-Housing program provides temporary resources to make housing affordable and to help people avoid becoming chronically homeless. 

Support includes rental assistance, deposit assistance and even application fees. The RRH Case Manager helps the client navigate out of homelessness and into a home and from there, they work together to address issues that will lead to a permanent solution.

Though the assistance is temporary, the time is used to work on a permanent solution through earned income, benefit acquisition/resource referral, or reunification.

–Our program is offered in partnership with Boulder County Department of Housing and Human services who is the HUD Grant recipient.
